Ruby's story

Like many mothers, the birth of my daughter changed my life in many ways. Not the least of which was facing the challenges that many mother's face - juggling work and family and finding appropriate care outside the home.

As a working mother being exposed to childcare for the first time, the practicalities behind the industry became fascinating. Equipped with a long work history in IT, I started building websites for childcare centres and assisting them with transitioning into our internet-crazed world.

Working with childcare providers allowed me an insight into some of the frustrations many centre coordinators were feeling. With new Government regulations looming, many were feeling overwhelmed by the apparent lack of a user-friendly CCMS.

I responded quickly to their needs and am proud to deliver this unique IT solution specifically designed for childcare by my dedicated team of childcare advocates. This truly is a solution that will change your life and impact on those around you.

We are all facing change happening in the childcare industry.

This change is largely driven by the Federal Government, which has established taskforces, industry panels and committees to review current processes and provide recommendations that will help childcare centres in Australia comply with their changes.

The most significant of these changes at this time is the roll-out of CCMS across Australia and getting childcare services internet-ready.

I established HubWorks to be part of this change and with one aim in mind - to revolutionise childcare!
