Background

The Federal Government has mandated all childcare providers have internet access and migrate to a Child Care Management System (CCMS) by June 2009.

A national CCMS system has been introduced to provide improved, up to date information and better data management of childcare supply and usage for families, industry providers and the Government.

Information from a standardised CCMS system will provide information directly to Government via the internet.
